Our cookies contain butter, caster sugar, eggs, vanilla and plain flour. We use vanilla fondant for decorating our cookies.

Sure. When you place an order, we can arrange a pick up time that suits.

For custom orders, we have a 15 cookie minimum order. For gift packs, there is no minimum order.

For gift boxes available in our shop, we require about a week to bake, decorate and ship your order.

Typically, we require 3 weeks notice for your custom order. This is also subject to other scheduled orders and deadlines.

Feel free to contact us if you have a specific time frame you are working towards and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cater for food intolerances and allergies.

We handle your cookies with lots of care when preparing and packaging them. Once we post the cookies, we do not take responsibility for any damage, lost orders or postal delays.

All cookies are heat sealed and will last up to 4-6 weeks, but they do taste freshest when eaten within the first 2 weeks.

We can only offer refunds for cancelled custom orders if we are given 2 weeks notice.

Cookies for custom orders will be individually wrapped and heat sealed in cellophane bags.

Cookies for gift packs come packaged individually in heat sealed cellophane bags and then placed in gift box and wrapped with ribbon.

Our cookie size varies depending on the shape. Our smallest cookie is about 6cm x 7cm. Some other sizes include 9.5cm x 5.5cm, 12cm x 4cm, 10cm x 8cm etc.
